On a trip to Chimayo from Taos, NM I met an Indian woman selling a basket of wild birds eggs. Those eggs were then used in the video as local residents of Taos were invited to first meditate on the egg and then imagine the egg in their mind. 5-minute tapes of each person doing each task were made. The video installation consists of 10 such documented performances.
