Founder of Experimental TV Center in New York in 1971. He has been a leader in the field of electronic media art since 1968, when he founded one of the first campus-based media access programs. In 1970 he established the independent non-profit Experimental Television Center, which offered training programs, equipment access, and exhibition programs.
