Native american filmaker, attended Princeton University; graduate studies at the University of Arizona, Tucson; works with video and photography; lives in Hotevilla, Arizona.

Masayesva works aspects of Native American cultures with the crippling perceptions and influences of white culture. In the last years he has traveled to India, the Amazon and Australia to get a closer approach to their cultural reality.
