Californian independent filmmaker Lawrence Jordan has made over sixty movies since 1952 and produced over 40 experimental and animation film which made him one of the most important names in the animation field, his animated collage are considered the most beautiful short film made ever.

Today he is chairman of the film department at the San Francisco Art Institute and still goes across the country showing his films and giving lectures.
