Jock Mooney is a London-based artist, musician, performer, and sculptor. He graduated from Edinburgh College of Art in 2004 with a BA (hons) in Sculpture, and has since then had his work displayed in several group and solo exhibitions.

In addition to that, Mooney is currently co-directing award winning film-based projects with Alasdair Brotherston. In reference to this collaboration, the artist has disclosed that "working in both animation and live action, we choose to create warped, bizarre landscape where anything but the expected unfolds. Showing both a flair for searing colour ('Throw Me to the Rats', 'I go I go I go') and melancholy tones ('Bottom of the River'), ours is a creative force to be reckoned with."
