Jeannette Ehlers is a renowned video artist and a graduate of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Art. She primarily focuses on such subjects as slavery, power structures and suppression, all with a personal approach.

The artist is mainly working with computer based video and her latest works have depicted the realities of the Danish transatlantic trade and human trafficking today.
