Born 1959 in Vienna, Austria. One of Austria's most distinguished filmmakers in the area of structural and experimental short films. Studied Psychology and Art History at the Vienna University; guest professorships at the University of Wisconsin ('95); at the San Francisco Art Institute ('96-'97); and at the Academy of Fine Arts, Frankfurt/Main ('98-'99); lives and works in Vienna.
