** MASTER REVIEW COMING SOON...

English director and writer Charles Klein, was born in London, England in 1867. He moved to the United States at an early age to make a career as an actor, where after a short while he started to get more serious and appealing roles. In 1890 Klein began to develop his natural talent as a writer when he was invited to revise the script of a play where he was also acting.
In his beginning as a writer, his works were mainly easy comedies, farces or operettas. With the start of the new century his works morphed into more serious and dramatic pieces.

He died tragically on May 7, 1915, while travelling on the Lusitania , sunk by a german submarine.
